1st International Congress on Educational Artificial Intelligence. Book Proceedings

This book is the result of the 1st International Congress on Educational Artificial Intelligence (ICEAI 2024), which was held at University of Alicante, Alicante (Spain) from December 3, 2024 to December 5, 2024.
EAI (“in English, Educational Artificial Intelligence”) + IC (“in English, International Congress”) make up ICEAI, a congress whose first edition will be held in December 2024 at the University of Alicante, giving rise to ICEAI 2024: I International Congress on Educational Artificial Intelligence.
This is the first international congress under this name, and with it we want to focus attention on the concept of Educational Artificial Intelligence.
The fact is that in recent years, several initiatives have emerged that explore the potential of this EAI.
Although these experiences are still in their early stages, it is clear that EAI has the potential to revolutionize teaching and learning. However, to harness its benefits effectively, it is essential that we reflect and prepare ourselves on how to integrate it properly. We must not only focus on technological applications, but also on key issues such as teacher training, respect for privacy and equity in access to these tools. Therefore, meetings like this one, dedicated to EAI, are essential to share knowledge, discuss challenges and build a more solid and
ethical educational future.
